Krieg & Slinkosky, LLC is a locally owned consulting forestry and real estate company located in the City of Saint Mary’s, Elk County, Pennsylvania. We originated in 1999 with the goal of assisting the public with the professional management of their timber resources. Since that time, we have grown to provide assistance to hundreds of clients, many repeatedly. Our company has produced millions of dollars in timber sale proceeds for our clients and has been directly responsible for the long term management of several thousand acres in our service area. We are a leader in modern forestry applications of GPS and forestry software and provide the best combination of old-fashioned work ethic and service with modern innovation.
Our clientele consists primarily of private landowners, but includes municipalities, banks, attorneys, accountants, estate administrators, real estate appraisers, surveying/engineering companies, and corporations. We have been retained to assist with as little as 1 acre to projects encompassing over 4,000 acres.

Gerry is a graduate of Saint Vincent college with a B.S. degree in economics and a J.D. degree from Duquesne University. He has been in private practice since 1972 and has over 30 years of experience in Pennsylvania law. Gerry came on board in 2003 as head of the real estate division and is currently the Broker of Record for the company. He is a valuable asset to Krieg & Slinkosky, LLC with his legal expertise in real estate and forestry related issues.
